Performance in corridor adjacent to the Lecture Theatre at the Art College, Belfast.

‘Sitting on one of the chairs, which formed an obstacle for people using the corridor, MacLennan listened motionless to the repeat of Elvis singing at full volume. Purposive distortion developed as the batteries ran low. The manipulation of the listener and sound were thought as analogous to art history lectures, usually given in the Lecture Theatre.’
